For Agboola Ajayi and his estranged boss Rotimi Akeredolu, the battle is not yet over after the governor came hard on his deputy amid clashes of political interests that have run a train between the two former brothers.
Legit.ng recalls that after irreconcilable differences, Agboola dumped the All Progressive Congress (APC) and pitched his arms with Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in an efforts to solidify his ambition.

It would be recalled Agboola had alleged plots to impeach him by the governors, claiming that Akeredolu gave 19 out of the 23 lawmakers in the state N10 million to offer their signature for his removal.
Speaking through his media aide, Allen Sowore, Agboola also claimed that there was an attempt by the governor to impeach the speaker of Ekiti state house of assembly, Bamidele Oloyeloogun.
