How we built hospitals across Nigeria to contain COVID-19 – Buhari to world leaders

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday told world leaders at the ongoing 76th United Nations General Assembly, UNGA, in New York, that he built hospitals across Nigeria to fight COVID-19.

The President said in a bid to curtail the COVID:19 pandemic which halted economic and other activities across the globe in 2020 and early2021, that his administration was able to put up medical facilities across Nigeria.

During the address, President Buhari who assured the Assembly of the full support and cooperation of the Nigerian delegation revealed that his government had trained over 40,000 health care workers on the prevention of infections…
