Kabiru Masari, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and running mate to Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the party, for the 2023 elections has disclosed that he receives over 500 text messages daily after he was picked.
Naija News reports that Masari made this known in an interview with the Voice of America (VOA) Hausa service on Thursday, where he disclosed how someone rang his phone around 3 am on that fateful day and informed him that he will be the running mate of the APC presidential candidate.
“I was told that I will fill a form and return immediately. The form was brought to me and I filled and returned as directed,” he said.
