The real victim here is me. I am being punished for refusing to go ahead with a marriage built on deception.

Ihuoma Julia Nneji, 34, daughter of ABC Transport owner Frank Nneji, has been declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force over allegations of cybercrime, including criminal defamation, injurious falsehood, and cyberstalking. Her name and photograph were published in a Special Police Gazette Bulletin by the National Cybercrime Centre in Abuja.

Nneji denies the accusations, claiming they stem from a personal dispute with her former fiancé, Henry Uzochukwu.

“I was never invited, questioned, or informed about any complaint,” she stated. “To wake up and see my name on a wanted list was shocking, humiliating, and deeply unfair.”

Nneji said she called off their November 2024 wedding after discovering “incriminating evidence” about Uzochukwu’s sexuality.

“Since the wedding cancellation, Henry has relentlessly harassed and threatened me,” she alleged.

The police have urged anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact authorities. Meanwhile, Nneji is calling for a thorough investigation to ensure fairness.
