Clubs such as Chelsea, Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, and Manchester United have all seen improvements from their previous standings. The top 10 is rounded out by Liverpool, PSG, Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, AS Roma, and Barcelona.
