Chelsea confirm the exit of four players, including youth prospects, as they prepare for Champions League reinforcements.
Chelsea have confirmed that Lucas Bergstrom, Dylan Williams, Eddie Beach, and Luke Campbell will leave the club when their contracts expire on June 30.
The Premier League club announced the exits in a statement on Sunday, thanking the players for their contributions. Bergstrom, a Finnish goalkeeper, joined in 2018, while Beach arrived from Southampton in 2022. Williams recently moved to Burton Albion, and Campbell spent time on loan at Hendon.
The Blues, who secured Champions League qualification, are expected to bolster their squad in the summer transfer window. The club’s statement read: “Chelsea thanks all our departing players for their contribution and wish them well for the next chapter in their career.”
