Prophet Jeremiah Omoto-Fufeyin has introduced a “spiritual ATM card” to his congregation, selling it for $20. In a viral video, he claims the card carries special spiritual benefits, likening it to a bank card with divine powers.

Prophet Jeremiah Omoto-Fufeyin, founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry (CMDM), has stirred controversy with the launch of a “spiritual ATM card” sold to his church members for $20. In a viral video, Omoto introduced the card, claiming it doesn’t work like conventional ATMs but “operates spiritually” within the bearer.

According to the cleric, the card expires after six months and must be properly cared for, or it will “disappear.” Demonstrating its use during a sermon, he said it brings helpers into the lives of those who possess it.

This isn’t Omoto’s first controversial product. He has previously marketed spiritual underwear, golden spoons, sugar, and holy water—often at premium prices.

The launch has triggered outrage, with critics accusing him of exploiting faith. One X user remarked, “It’s high time the government arrested this pastor.” Others mocked the idea, suggesting he would soon open a “spiritual bank.”

Omoto was recently criticized by activist VDM over his commercialization of spirituality.
