FCT High Court grants ₦50m bail to Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, with conditions including one surety who owns landed property in Abuja.
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja on Thursday granted bail to Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, the lawmaker representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, in the sum of ₦50 million.
Justice Adegbola Adeniyi, who presided over the bail hearing, ruled that the senator must produce one surety of reasonable integrity. The surety must be resident in Abuja and own landed property within the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC).
