Neighbours have today paid tribute to ‘lovely, happy’ Ann Dunn who was mauled to death in a dog attack in Liverpool yesterday.
Police were called to reports of a dog attack at a home in St Brigid’s Crescent in Vauxhall, Liverpool, on Monday afternoon.
The 65-year-old mother was pronounced dead at the scene.

Merseyside Police said that a 31-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of owning a dog dangerously out of control and was in custody.
Five American bulldogs found at the home have been ‘humanely destroyed’, they added.
