The presidential ambition of the APC candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has received a boost as thousands of Lagosians staged a walk for him on Sunday.
The rally was organised by Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo. The rally took off from the Teslim Balogun Stadium and terminated in Oshodi.
The APC Presidential candidate is aspiring to become the next president of Nigeria after President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
Tinubu will have to defeat the likes of Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Peter Obi and the Peoples Democratic Party’s Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
The 70-year-old contestant was a two-term governor of Lagos State between 1999 and 2007 where he laid the foundation of a modern Lagos.
