Insecurity: ADC presidential candidate Dumebi postpones Abuja meeting 

The presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Dumebi Kachikwu, has postponed the Abuja town hall meeting over the recent security advisory.

Recall that the United States Embassy issued a security alert on the elevated risk of terror attacks in Abuja, the Nigerian capital. 

The British High Commission also issued an advisory to its staff on movement while also announcing reduced services. 

ADC presidential candidate in a statement, Wednesday stated “in light of the recent security advisory in place, I deem it wise to postpone my Abuja town hall meeting to the 6th of November, 2022.

“I regret all inconveniences caused.”
