The newly-deployed Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Dr. Mutiu Oladele Agboke, has appealed to staff of the commission to discharge their duty with utmost fairness and good human relationship.
Agboke also charged the INEC Osun members of staff on the virtues of leadership, followers and relationship.
He made this known during a familiarisation meeting with management team and staff of the electoral commission on his assumption of duty as the new Osun INEC REC on Friday in Osogbo.
While noting that it was a privilege for him to be among them as their boss, he expressed optimism that they can work together as a team.
“Any staff who is intellectually barren cannot work with me. We have to work together to complement each other because our staff are valuable. Doing this, we will have a memorable time together.
“Take punctuality seriously. Don’t come late to work and tell those who have traveled out and abandon their duty to resign….
