Avon lady who kneed pregnant mother in the stomach in furious parking row in Liverpool avoids jail

An angry Avon lady who kneed a pregnant mother in the stomach in a furious row over a museum parking space has avoided jail.

Cheryl Hayes, 49, was said to have called Jessica Stevens a ‘c**t’ and shouted ‘I’m going to t***you in a minute’ after trying unsuccessfully to steal a bay where the victim was about to park her Range Rover.

During the fight outside the World Museum in Liverpool, Hayes jumped out of her vehicle and squared up to mother-of-three Ms Stevens who had been tapping on the other woman’s car windscreen as she had already bought a pay and display ticket.

Then as the victim’s distressed children looked on in horror, Hayes struck her in the head and face before grabbing her by the hair and pulling her to her knees.
