Kate Middleton has sent a tweet to a young fan she greeted at this evening’s carol service.
The royal encountered a young boy, Theo, in the audience at Westminster Abbey this evening as she spoke to guests for her ‘Together at Christmas‘ carol service.
‘How are you? Nice to see you!’, the Princess exclaimed as she knelt down next to the child who was giving her a beaming smile.
Kate, 40, shook hands with the child’s mother and waved at his father before asking the him if he had seen the London buses and Paddington bear toys.

As the starstruck fan nodded, the Princess said: ‘If you see him, will you say “Hi” to him for me?’
She then thanked Theo saying: ‘Thank you for coming all this way’ and added: ‘I hope you enjoy it’.
