The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has declared President Muhammadu Buhari’s “sins” are unforgivable.
IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, was reacting to Buhari’s appeal that Nigerians should pardon him.
During the Sallah festival, Buhari had urged Nigerians to pardon him while announcing his plans to relocate to Niger Republic.
However, Powerful said Buhari wouldn’t be saved from his atrocities even if he relocated to Niger Republic.
He wondered why Nigerians should forgive Buhari for allegedly aiding the killing of IPOB members, ethnic cleansing, destabilizing the country, among others.
A statement by Powerful reads partly: “The attention of the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has been drawn to the disgraceful statement credited to Muhammadu Buhari asking and demanding that Nigerians should forgive him while at the same time indicating his interest in relocating to Niger Republic where he came from.
