Chelsea legend, Frank Leboeuf, has urged Frank Lampard to quit his role as caretaker manager immediately after the Blues’ latest Premier League defeat to Brentford at Stamford Bridge.
Leboeuf also warned Lampard that he might not win a game until the end of the season.
Chelsea’s defeat to Brentford was a fifth consecutive loss for Lampard since he took over from Graham Potter earlier this month.
“We have said it all, you know,” Leboeuf told ESPN.
“There is nothing I can say. Maybe to Frank Lampard – get out! Get out quickly.”
He continued, “There is nothing you can do. They need a win. One win. Three points to make sure they are not going to be relegated.”
“Nothing works and it is going to be a horrible end to the season. Frank Lampard – get out because you are not going to stay. You might not win a game until the end of the season.”
