Former Vice President Joe Biden allegedly discussed expanding overseas business deals in Kazakhstan with Hunter Biden, former Burisma board member Devon Archer, and an international banker during an in-person meeting at his Washington, D.C., mansion in 2015.
Archer, who testified behind closed doors in front of the House Oversight Committee in July, claimed Biden was on speakerphone with his son during more than 20 calls relating to foreign business deals dating back to 2014. But in this particular case, Archer said he met with the Bidens for an exclusive breakfast meeting at the U.S. Naval Observatory adjacent to the White House with Marc Holtzman, chairman of Kazakhstan’s largest bank, Kazkommertsbank.
