The Guardian leads on news that Israel has ruled out a ceasefire with Hamas until all hostages taken during the 7 October attack are freed.

The Times leads on concerns Britain’s Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis has expressed about pro-Palestinian protesters “standing alongside” Hamas-supporting extremists.

The Daily Mirror splashes on the news that Zara Aleena’s murderer Jordan McSweeney has had his jail term cut by five years.

FT Weekend

The FT Weekend leads on news that hope is building the US economy is heading for a “soft landing” amid rallying stocks and growing job numbers. A “soft landing” means reducing inflation without causing a recession.
