A former President of the West African College of Physicians, Professor Akinyinka Omigbodun has urged leaders at all levels to pave the way in building a shared vision, encouraging mentorship and empowering new leaders in preparation for leadership transition.
Professor Omigbodun stated this at the 4th Emeritus Professor Oladipo Akinkugbe Distinguished Lecture at the University of Medical Sciences, UNIMED, Ondo, in Ondo State.
The Lecture at the University of Medical Sciences, UNIMED, Ondo, in Ondo State, has in attendance, members of the academic community, traditional rulers, opinion leaders and professionals in different fields.
