Ondo abduction: Corps members freed following N5 million ransom payment

In a dramatic turn of events, the kidnapped members of the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) abducted in Ondo state’s Ose Local Government Area have been safely released. The harrowing ordeal, which lasted for several days, saw the victims subjected to severe trauma and injury at the hands of their captors before their eventual freedom.

Their release was secured after each victim’s family gathered one million naira ransom, according to one of the family members.
