The Coalition of Energy Reforms Lawyers and Activists (CERLA) has accused Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NPCL) of plotting to frustrate local refineries by not being transparent in its deal with Dangote refinery.
The coalition alleged that NNPCL was not being transparent about the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) purchased from Dangote Refinery, implying a subtle attempt to create an impression that importation is cheaper than local production.
