Nigerian-Spanish striker, Samu Omorodion, has revealed that he and his family faced hard times during his time at Atletico Madrid.
In an interview with a Spanish publication, Samu Omorodion, who moved to FC Porto during the 2024 summer transfer window, revealed that he was prevented from playing at Atletico Madrid.
Omorodion said he experienced feelings of isolation and exclusion from the first team due to the club’s financial constraints, which took an emotional toll on him and his family.
He described the period as difficult, revealing that he trained separately and felt disconnected from the team.
