Former assistant accuses Kanye West of drugging, raping her at studio party with Diddy

A former employee of the US musician and fashion designer Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has filed a lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party he co-hosted together with Sean Combs, also known as P Diddy, according to legal documents obtained by the New York Post.

Kanye West has been accused by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session in Santa Monica, which was co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. The allegations are part of an amended lawsuit filed in October 2024, which builds on an earlier wrongful termination suit against West. Pisciotta claims that during the event, attendees were told they had to drink to stay, and after consuming a drink allegedly laced with drugs, she became disoriented and lost her memory of the night. She only learned of the alleged assault years later, when West himself brought it up during a conversation, stating they “kind of hooked up” at the event.

This lawsuit also includes other serious claims, such as repeated sexual harassment during her employment with West, unpaid wages, and accusations that West used his influence to control Pisciotta, including forcing her to give up a lucrative OnlyFans account. West’s legal team has denied these allegations and has accused Pisciotta of blackmail and extortion. They plan to file a countersuit against her.
