The legal team of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has vowed to visit the Biafra agitator despite restrictions by the Department of State Services (DSS).
Kanu’s lead counsel, Aloy Ejimakor warned that the DSS would get in trouble with the Abuja Federal High Court if it continues with the restriction.
Naija News reports that DSS had restricted Kanu’s legal from visiting him following his outburst at the Federal High Court in Abuja, where he demanded the recusal of Justice Binta Nyako.
But, the court had threatened to jail DSS Director General Adeola Ajayi over the secret police’s restriction on Kanu’s lawyers.
Speaking during an appearance on Arise TV, Ejimakor said, “The threat already has an impact because I did get some fillers, and I’m aware of the intervention of Obi Agwoucha and Speaker Tajudeen Abbas.
