The lawmaker representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Adigun Abass, has sparked mixed reactions on social media over his inability to move a motion at the plenary.
Naija News reports that in the video circulating online, Adigun, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is seen struggling to conclude the motion.
The Speaker of the House, Tajudeen Abass, intervened and offered corrections to help Adigun articulate his points properly.
The video has sparked outrage among many Nigerians.
