A Physics teacher, identified as Muktar Salihu, was reportedly beaten to coma by some students of Ebira Muslim Community College Okengwe, (EMCCO) in Okene Local Government Area of Kogi state.
Naija News learnt that the boys who are in SS2, operating in the guise of a cult group embarrassed and humiliated Salihu, as part of their grand plan to bring the college under their full control and administrative commandment.
The teacher who went into coma is said to be receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.
According to Vanguard, the leader of the group, Abdulbatin, is a son to one of the traditional ruler in the area, the Opokitipo of Esusu clan in Okengwe district of the Okene council Area.
