THE PUNCH REPORTS THAT THREE YEARS AFTER THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE KANO-NIGER REPUBLIC RAIL PROJECT, 3,252 DISPLACED PERSONS HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED COMPENSATION. DAILY TRUST REPORTS THAT THE MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (MAN) REPORTED THAT INDUSTRIES ACCUMULATED N1.4 TRILLION IN UNSOLD GOODS IN 2024. THE NEWSPAPER SAYS STUDENTS OF COLLEGE OF MEDICINE AT THE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE HOSPITAL (UCH), IBADAN, STAGED A PEACEFUL PROTEST OVER THE PERSISTENT BLACKOUT AT THE FACILITY.
