Rivers APC chieftain alleges plot to block Fubara’s return

With the unhealthy vendetta of George Nwaeke against the Governor, facts abound that the Sole Administrator has a new mandate.

Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, a chieftain of the APC, has alleged a calculated plot to prevent suspended Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara from resuming office.

In a statement from Port Harcourt, Eze condemned alleged attempts by the camp of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike to smear Fubara’s image.

He said, “This will be a shame to us all if we keep quiet and allow this evil to sail through.” Eze cited a press briefing by ex-Head of Service, George Nwaeke, accusing him of yielding to pressure to indict the Governor.

He commended Nwaeke’s wife for “safeguarding the integrity of her family” and called on President Tinubu to “stand on the path of truth,” rather than yield to alleged false narratives.
