President Donald Trump has nominated conservative influencer Nick Adams to serve as the United States Ambassador to Malaysia.

Trump confirmed the nomination Thursday on Truth Social, calling Adams “an incredible Patriot and very successful entrepreneur” and praising his “devotion to our Great Country.”

Adams, originally from Australia, called the appointment “the honor of a lifetime,” describing it as the realization of his American Dream.

The self-proclaimed “alpha male” and outspoken supporter of the MAGA movement previously served as Australia’s youngest deputy mayor. He resigned following controversy over spending, avoiding formal suspension.

Since immigrating to the U.S. on an Einstein visa, Adams gained notoriety for his provocative commentary and strong social media presence, often promoting hyper-masculine themes and conservative causes. His critics have questioned his suitability for the diplomatic post, citing controversial posts and statements.

Trump emphasized Adams’ credentials as an author and commentator, stating, “Nick has made it his life’s mission to extol the Virtues of American Greatness.”
