Despite reports that some protesters will gather at the Ikoyi link bridge for a planned protest over the Lekki Tollgate reopening, TVC News gathered that residents and commuters went about their normal activities as at 9: 30 in the morning.
But there are armed security operatives around the bridge, stationed to forestall possible breakdown of law and order.
