‘Last chance’: Labour’s Andy Burnham set to take over as new British PM

Former Greater Manchester mayor Andy Burnham is set to become the new UK prime minister Monday after being asked by King Charles III to form a government. Burnham is expected to announce his senior cabinet appointments later in the day.
