Peter Olayinka scored one of the goals for Slavia Praha to reach the last-eight of the UEFA Europa League, but it was not so great for fellow Nigeria star Leon Balogun as he was sent off in the same game.

Olayinka headed his Czech club ahead after just 14 minutes in the Round of 16 reverse tie at Scottish giants Rangers.

The visitors will go on to double their lead to go through 3-1 on aggregate after the first leg ended 1-1.

But it was double blow for Rangers as Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun was sent off after a second booking.

Balogun missed the first clash through suspension.

Fellow Eagles star Joe Aribo also started for Rangers, who again crashed out of the competition at the same stage last year.

Aribo was also booked late on.
