The Senate of the University of Benin has suspended the executives of the Students’ Union over alleged insubordination.
In furtherance to this development, it plans to institute a caretaker committee to run the affairs of the students in the university community.
This was contained in a press statement issued by the University’s Public Relations Officer, Benedicta Ehanire, made available to SaharaReporters on Tuesday.
