The Pentagon said it will abandon plans to build some of Donald Trump’s long-promised border wall using military funds, several months after an executive order from President Joe Biden paused the project.
“The Department of Defense is proceeding with canceling all border barrier construction projects,” read a statement from Pentagon spokesman Jamal Brown on Friday.
