NEITI seeks sanctions for oil companies underpaying govt

The Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, NEITI, has said it was entering into partnerships with anti-corruption agencies of the Federal Government to enforce compliance and sanctions in the extractive sectors.
