Moscow offers to facilitate peace process between Armenia & Azerbaijan in bid to end border conflict behind Nagorno-Karabakh war


Russia’s top diplomat has said his country has offered to set up a commission to broker a lasting solution to the fractious border between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which has been the site of fierce fighting between the two nations.
