Cyriel Dessers has demanded for more game time and not cash come next season after a late flourish of goals with Genk.
Dessers was left in the shadows of Belgian league Goal King Paul Onuachu for most of the past season, but she showed he can do more for his hometown club when he scored in their last three championship playoffs.
Onuachu is most likely to quit for a club in the major league this summer and Dessers said he hopes he will now be handed his chance to lead the attack.
