Twitter went too far insulting Buhari

Yemi Solade, Nigerian actor, says Twitter went too far insulting President Muhammadu Buhari and the country at large by deleting his tweet.

Twitter had earlier deleted Buhari’s tweet wherein he spoke about the civil war experience and threatened to deal with those “bent on destroying” Nigeria through “insurrection.”

The development had culminated into the eventual suspension of the microblogging site by the federal government for “the persistent use of the platform for activities that are capable of undermining Nigeria’s corporate existence.”
