What has happened to this baby’s parent they asked? Passers-by watch as the baby cries our her eyes. Helpless she seems but actually her parents are also watching from another end.
Do we call this an act of wickedness or what? Does she really have parents? Can you ever stay awake and keep mute to a crying baby?
What sort of a Nation have we become overnight? It seems our leaders have slept off or do we say they have been distracted by their political ambitions come 2023?
Insecurity, High rate of bills, Naira falling by the day, Killing of innocent souls. Who would rise to attend to this crying baby?
Who will listen to the Nation whose leaders have ignored? The youths made a statement and they were ignored. What would be the fate of this baby if nothing is done?
Should we all leave our mother’s land because of the nonchalant leaders we have elected on ourselves? Or do we all keep mute until death comes knocking?
Who would come to her rescue? Who would stop the killings and kidnapping of our brothers?
What a Family!
A family that is left open to wild animals to devour. A home without a responsible father (the President) A home without a responsible mother (the Vice) a home without a responsible Uncle (the Senators).
