This wasn’t an “accident”!… you don’t make “mistakes” like this on any notable production!… and one has to ask how the union for propmasters, the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE… Local 44), would declare in a Friday, October 22nd, 2021 email to it(‘)s members (and oddly, not to Investigating Authorities first!) that the propmaster working on “Rust” wasn’t a member of the Local 44 union, but declare earlier that the gun Alec Baldwin was using on set contained BLANKS (however, in contrast to the FACT that the FBI in Quantico, Virginia has confirmed that the .45 Long Colt Revolver that killed Halyna Hutchins propelled a LIVE ROUND, and the prop gun/ weapon was declared a “C-O-L-D G-U-N”!… a techn[ic] phrase that IATSE and Local 44 members know full well refers to a prop gun having NO BLANKS OR BULLETS [and a phrase that the attending ARMORER to the Rust film, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed {daughter of long-time industry armorer, Thell Reed}, would also know the meaning of {and who would also know that she should be working with a LICENSED PROPMASTER, who’d also know the meaning of the phrase, COLD GUN!… and which begs the question: “Is Hannah Gutierrez-Reed a ‘prop gun for hire’?… and should she be the star of a new film, called: ‘Have Prop Gun – Will Travel’?”]… see, Rust shooting incident, Wikipedia)! How would IATSE Principals even know that the gun Alec Baldwin was using on set contained BLANKS (and still, not make comment on the obvious conclusion that a LIVE ROUND was extant, on the COLD GUN declaration offered up by Assistant Director, Dave Halls, on the distinction to be had between a prop gun with LIVE ROUNDS or BLANKS and a COLD PROP GUN, nor make comment on the presence and involvement of the daughter of one of the most notable armorers in the business– and who, through her training, would know the difference between a COLD GUN and a HOT GUN, but, managed to “DEFER COMMUNICATION” to Dave Halls that the HOT GUN that SHE WOULD BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT PREPARING [AND ENSURING COULD NOT BE PREPARED!], HANDING-OFF TO ALEC BALDWIN [NOT LEFT ON A TABLE!] AND DECLARING THE STATUS OF, WASN’T CRIMINALLY COMMUNICATED as a COLD GUN!… AND, OF COURSE, such “FACTUAL IATSE INFORMATION” not communicated to reporters through a secretary who had just arrived back to work drunk!) if IATSE/ Local 44 had nothing to do with the props on the Rust film? And what’s up with the “curious need” to communicate to it(‘)s MEMBERS… AND FIRST!… that the propmaster working on Rust wasn’t a member of the IATSE’s Local 44 union? And, if by law, IATSE’s Local 44 union WAS to be a part of Rust’s weapons management and propmastering, then what does this say about what IATSE is really all about?… a “front” for “something else”? And further, what led to the “Production decision” to not use an IATSE Local 44 propmaster, if IATSE members WERE to be on set?… and why would IATSE Secretary-Treasurer Anthony Pawluc state in a “contradictory” email: “A live single round was ‘accidentally fired (my emphasis)’ on set by the principal actor, hitting both the Director of Photography, Local 600 member Halyna Hutchins and Director Joel Souza.”, if IATSE, Local 44, had NADA to do with the props on the Rust movie? Why would he be making comment at all about another propmaster’s commissions and/ or omissions, if IATSE, Local 44 had nothing to do with the weapons management and props management on the Rust film?… unless, maybe, he knew that there was not– AND WASN’T TO BE!– a required IATSE CERTIFIED AND IATSE IDENTIFIED armorer and propmaster on the set of the Rust film, to oversee the actions of one Hannah Gutierrez-Reed and to otherwise effect the LEGAL OBLIGATIONS stipulated elsewhere regarding the safe use of prop guns (see, weapons master)!

Why wouldn’t a spokesperson for the NEW MEXICO CREW MEMBERS be making comment on the circumstances surrounding the “accidental”… “OOPS”!… shooting of two production crew members on the Rust film? And BTW!… if the late Halyna Hutchins is deemed fit to be an IATSE Local 600 member in New Mexico, then why would IATSE’s union for propmasters be absent in New Mexico (https://bit.ly/3bCkp9F)?
