Grilling Anne Rachel Traum, President Biden’s nominee to be United States District Judge for the District of Nevada, during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) repeatedly asked her if she thought judges should forgive criminal misbehavior in the name of social justice.
