Antonio Conte has made just two changes to his Tottenham Hotspur side to face Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Boxing Day.
The visitors requested the match be postponed due to Covid cases in their camp only for the Premier League to reject that request.
Palace boss Patrick Vieira has also tested positive and will not be in the dugout for the London derby.
Conte has had to juggle his squad for Tottenham’s match against Palace, if it happens, and an away trip to Southampton just 48 hours later.
With Spurs having faced their own Covid outbreak this month, some players are still finding their feet following their isolation periods and symptoms.

Son Heung-min and Japhet Tanganga come into the team with Steven Bergwijn and Ben Davies dropping out.
