Liverpool fell to just their second loss of the 2021/22 Premier League season on Tuesday night, losing 1-0 at Leicester, but they had a great opportunity to go ahead early on when they won a first half penalty.
Mohamed Salah had his spot kick saved by Kasper Schmeichel, before the Egyptian then headed the rebound onto the crossbar.
Looking back at the footage, one fan noticed how Leicester‘s James Maddison got close to Salah and said something to him before the penalty kick.

While it’s not known what was said, this might have been what put Salah off. The Liverpool forward doesn’t usually miss from 12 yards out, last failing to score a penalty in 2017.
