‘I’m 35 and wear nappies – it makes finding love hard but I’m not ashamed’

Marc Spaganuolo has spent the last 20 years struggling to control his bowels and his bladder.

However, he remained quiet about his condition because he was embarrassed and even used to blame his incontinence on his dog.

But now he is facing his illness head-on and even makes TikTok videos about it.

Marc, 35, suffers from a degenerative nerve condition called peripheral neuropathy. This is when the brain doesn’t receive signals when the bladder and bowel are full.

He first started suffering from incontinence when he was 15 and went through years of tests before finally getting his diagnosis when he was 25 years old.
