Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda, has subtly rejected the offer made by Lagos State University, to return to class and complete his degree programme.
The Dagbana artiste replied to the institution by taking a line from his rave single, “Vision 2020”.
The line implied that the years he spent in the university were “nothing.”
“4 years in @LASUOfficial is really nothing. Better get tha money! The economy is starving!” he tweeted on Sunday.
Bella Shmurda had celebrated his birthday recently, recounting his struggles with his grades at LASU. He was thankful that he left the university to pursue his music career.
