2023: Okowa’s father adopts Gbagi, directs him to meet Ibori

THE Okpara-Uku of Owa-Aleiro Kingdom, Ika North East Local Government Area, Delta State,  and father of Delta State Governor, Pa Arthur Okorie Okowa, has adopted former Minister of Education (State) Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi, who is eyeing the governorship of the state in 2023, as his second son.
