Abia police uncover baby factory, rescuing 16 pregnant women, eight children

The Nigeria Police in Abia State has rescued 16 pregnant women and eight children from a baby factory in Aba. Police Public Relations Officer, SP Maureen Chinaka, revealed that the location of the factory is being withheld to safeguard the ongoing investigation.

Additionally, the police arrested Onyinyechi Okoro and Ekene Okezie, alleged operators of the baby factory. The rescued individuals include Joy Mathew, Stella Okon, Bella Okon, Idara Emmanuel, Blessing Okon, Blessing Ede, Promise Akpan, Joy Edet, Josephine Asuquo, Glory John, Goodness Peter, Ifeoma Ozoemena, Victoria Robert, Blessed Monday, Victoria Liberty, and Anita Sunday.
