Simon Ekpa, a factional leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), is among the 97 individuals declared wanted by the Defence Headquarters for alleged involvement in terrorism and related activities against the nation’s security.
Also listed in a public notice issued by the DHQ are alleged leaders of terror groups in various regions, including Alhaji Shingi, Malindi Yakubu, Boka, Dogo Gide, Halilu Sububu, Ado Aliero, Bello Turji, Dan Bokkolo, Labi Yadi, Nagala, Saidu Idris, Kachalla Rugga, Sani Gurgu, and others.
