In a shocking and tragic event, a retired Brigadier General, Uwem Harold Udokwe, was brutally murdered by armed robbers in Abuja on Saturday morning. The incident occurred during an armed robbery attack on Udokwe’s estate in the Sunshine Homes area of the Federal Capital Territory.
The retired general, who was also the national chairman of Retired Members of Nigerian Armed Forces, was reportedly killed during the attack. The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has launched an investigation into the gruesome murder, and efforts are underway to apprehend the perpetrators.
