New Tottenham boss Antonio Conte “wants” to sign a new goalkeeper and Ajax star Andre Onana is “high on their shortlist”, according to reports.
France international Hugo Lloris has been Tottenham‘s number one goalkeeper since 2012. He joined them from Lyon at the start of the 2012/13 season.
Lloris has played over 300 times in the Premier League and he is in his tenth season with Spurs.
The 34-year-old’s performances have dipped over the past couple of years and he is now managed by ex-Chelsea boss Conte.
90min are reporting that Conte”wants Tottenham to sign a new goalkeeper” and Ajax’s Onana is “high on their shortlist”.
The report adds that Newcastle and Inter Milan are also interested in signing the Cameroon international.
The 25-year-old was with Barcelona as a youth player but he has spent all of his senior career with Ajax.
Elsewhere, Spurs left-back Sergio Reguilon has praised Conte. He labelled his new boss as “special”:
